Maison Noir O.P.P. (Other People's Pinot)

This Pinot Noir is light - medium bodied. It's kind of smooth. More on the dry side and it's high acidic. You will most likely smell flavors such as strawberry, raspberry, floral and earthy notes. When purchasing this wine look for the sheep on the back of the bottle. 😘
Knock on Wood
Knock on Wood is a Chardonnay. It's bold in body, very, very, very, dry and a little acidic. You will taste a lot of tree notes such as pear, apple, apricot. You will also taste some oaky notes such as butter oak, and vanilla, along with some citrus fruit notes like lemon and lime. Remember to serve this wine chilled.
Horseshoes and Handgrenades
This is a Red Blend. It consists of Shiraz/Syrah/ Cabernet Sauvignon and a Merlot. It's very bold and flavorful. It has leather, earthy, and smoke notes. It pairs well with beef, pasta, veal and poultry.
Love Drunk is a Rose'. This consists of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. You will smell aromas of strawberry, raspberry, watermelon and hints of kiwi. This pairs well with veal, pork, deer, salmon, tuna, and vegan dishes.
