Little Black Dress

Although we are reviewing the Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine also comes in a Pinot Grio, Chardonnay, Diva Red, Rose', and Moscato. The taste characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon is bold, mildly tannic, and very dry. Some of the notes include oaky notes (vanilla, oak, chocolate), black fruit notes (dark fruit, blackberry, plum) and red fruit notes (cherry, raspberry, Bing cherry). It pairs well with beef, lamb, deer, and poultry.
