Wine Review - Pacific Rim

Here is a full review of the wine of the week.

Pacific Rim - This is a Sweet Riesling.

Although this wine was a little too sweet for me, I still thought it was delicious. You guys would love it....It was among the top 1% of all wines in the world. The taste characteristics were light bodied, very sweet,although the bottle says medium sweet. It was mildly acidic. I smelled the tree and tropical fruit notes as soon as I opened it. Pears, pineapples, and peaches. Pacific Rim only has a 8% alcohol content. It is vegan friendly. This wine pairs well with pork, shellfish, spicy food, poultry, and cured meat. I would buy this wine again to enjoy a nice summer day out on the patio.
